My office is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair accessibility, I am able to provide in home massage at no extra cost or refer you to a practitioner in a wheelchair accessible facility.

Your first session begins with a consultation where we’ll discuss your health history, preferences, and any areas of focus. Then, you’ll relax on the massage table while we create a personalized experience designed to meet your needs.

My home office is nestled just south of Loveland Lake in Loveland, CO

During most massages, you’ll undress to your comfort level. You’ll be draped with a sheet the entire time, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.

For a Thai Massage, you may remain fully clothed.

I offer a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Traditional Thai, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, and more. We customize each session based on your individual needs.

You can easily book an appointment online through our booking platform, or send us a text! Just choose your preferred time and service, and we'll take care of the rest.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50-100% of the service price.

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online or by contacting me directly, and they can be used for any of our services.

Currently, I do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a receipt for services if you wish to submit it to your provider for potential reimbursement.

If you have Medicaid or Medicare, contact me directly about our sliding scale services.

If you arrive late, the session may be shortened, especially if other appointments are scheduled.

Yes, I do! I routinely see teenage clients, and I do accept youth clients. I do require a parent or guardian to remain in the room during sessions with minors under the age of 14, and I require a consent form to be signed by a legal guardian or parent for all clients under the age of 18.

With the written approval from your oncologist, I am able to see clients who are being treated for cancer. However, please note, I am not trained in oncological massage, specifically.

Yes! I understand that sensory sensitivities vary widely, and I want to make sure the space feels just right for you. You can request changes to the lighting (dimming or brightening), the music (or even silence), and the use of scents (essential oils or no fragrances at all). Please feel free to communicate any preferences you have before or during the session.

Absolutely. I encourage you to feel comfortable and at ease during your session. If you need to move, stim, or take breaks at any time, it’s perfectly fine. There’s no "right" or "wrong" way to experience a massage, and I will adjust to what makes you feel most relaxed and safe.

I completely understand that touch can be overwhelming for some people. We can discuss your comfort levels with touch beforehand, and I can modify the session to ensure it feels comfortable for you. I’m happy to start with lighter pressure or avoid certain areas if needed, and we can communicate throughout to adjust as you need.

Your comfort is my top priority. If at any point during the massage you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or uncomfortable, we can stop the session or take a break. I’ll check in with you during the session to ensure you’re feeling okay, and we can discuss a safe signal beforehand if you prefer non-verbal communication.

Of course! I can walk you through the entire process, explaining each step, the techniques I use, and how I’ll approach your specific needs. If you’d like more details or prefer certain parts of the session explained in-depth, we can do that. I want you to feel informed and at ease.

I offer multiple ways to communicate, whether through email, phone, or even text messaging for scheduling and discussing your needs--I have even included space in the intake form for you to specify your needs beforehand. During the session, you can let me know if you prefer frequent check-ins, minimal talking, or no verbal interaction at all. Your comfort is my guide.

Yes! We can use grounding techniques, guided breathing exercises, or breaks to help manage any sensory overload. Additionally, I can limit the sensory input by adjusting sounds, touch intensity, or other factors to support your nervous system in relaxing. I can also provide sensory input, if that would be helpful, such as weighted pressure, heat, or white noise.

Yes, if having a support person (or comfort item like a weighted blanket, fidget toy, etc.) would help you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to bring them. Just let me know in advance, and we can make sure everything is set up for your needs.

I understand that processing time varies from person to person. I’m happy to take things at a pace that works for you and provide clear, concise explanations when needed. We can take extra time to go over instructions or adjustments to ensure you feel informed and comfortable before we begin.
