Who is Metztōna Massage & Wellness?
“Metztōna," from the Nahuatl language, means the light of the moon—a force that does not command, but reveals. It illuminates what has been hidden, honors the rhythms of cycles, and calls us back to what we have forgotten. Like the moon, my work does not impose—it listens, reflects, and gently guides you home to yourself.
At Metztōna Massage & Wellness, every touch is a conversation—one of deep listening, intuition, and reverence for the body’s quiet language. I don’t follow routines; I listen—to your words, to your body, to what is spoken and unspoken. Every session is shaped by what you need, what you seek, and what your body is ready to receive.
As a neurodivergent, Indigenous therapist, my connection to the unseen runs deep. I carry the wisdom of my ancestors and a sensitivity that allows me to tune in beyond the surface. Guided by this knowing, I weave movement, energy work, and slow, deliberate touch to restore balance and awaken what has been waiting beneath the surface.
This is more than massage—it is a return. A remembering. A space where your body is met with care, your voice is honored, and your whole self is invited to soften into its own rhythm once more.
