Bodywork

I strive to provide a completely personal experience for every client, every session.

I practice deep listening. Not just hearing, but listening. That kind of focused attention that can help you feel seen, heard, and felt.

I listen not only to your words, but to your body. I follow the subtle cues.

I listen to the energetic shifts in the air. The quality of the breath. The receptiveness of the tissues. The adaptability of the nervous system.

I listen to how my body responds when in contact with another--my own nervous system reading the language of yours.

Who I Work With

Not all are meant to come through this door.

I am not here to serve the center.

I work with:
-queer folx
-neurodivergent kin
-mothers
-those walking with grief, rage, ancestors, and things they can't yet name.

I especially welcome those who are committed to their healing rhythms through ongoing care and recurring appointments. Consistency allows for stronger rapport, deeper listening, and, ultimately, more profound transformation.
